Here’s what will happen in the 30-day bootcamp:
Weekly 60-minute group calls to keep you energized and taking action on your goals. Because this is a small group, every member will receive personal laser coaching from Grace during the call. These calls will be recorded, so you can listen to them again and again or catch up if you miss a call.
At the beginning of each week, you’ll set specific goals and create a plan to get things done. Grace and the group will hold you accountable so you can complete your tasks and meet your goals. (Don’t worry, we’ll be nice about it! )
In your private Facebook group, you’ll receive advice, encouragement, resources, and tips from Grace and your group to keep you focused and motivated.. You’ll be able to ask questions and get answers right away.
You’ll share your wins and struggles with the rest of the group and at the end of December we’ll have a special show and tell session, where you’ll declare what you’ve accomplished and we’ll celebrate your wins.

Who is Grace Gerry?
Grace is a professional registered counsellor with over 30 years’ experience, who has helped hundreds of people to achieve things they thought were impossible. She knows what it’s like to struggle with procrastination, and has lots of tips and strategies to help you get things done. Some of her favourites include the use of a timer, making decisions, setting deadlines, being accountable and having the right supports so you can get things done.
Who is this for?
Are you someone who has high expectations of yourself, but find yourself avoiding certain tasks like doing your taxes, decluttering your office, or taking control of your eating habits? You know these things are important, but somehow you can’t seem to do them, and the longer it goes on the worse you feel? This bootcamp will give you the push, the inspiration and the support to complete your tasks and meet your goals.
I’ve tried all sorts of things to beat my procrastination. How do I know this will work?
This bootcamp is a chance for you to focus on you and your goal. The support offered by a highly-skilled professional counselor gets you moving toward your goal. It helps to clarify your thoughts and ideas. And you’ll be receiving tips, advice, and resources from a woman who has overcome her own procrastination to accomplish great things.
How long is the program?
Every week for 4 weeks, our group will be spending 60 minutes together. The calls take place at the same day and time each week. Each week you will receive a link by email, which you will click on when its time to join your group call.
When are the sessions held?
Fridays at 5pm – Dec 2, 9,16, and 23 or
Saturdays at 10am – Dec 3, 10, 17, 24
How much personal time will I get with you?
You’ll receive one-on-one laser coaching during each group call. The amount of time will vary depending on how many people are on the live call. You’ll also gain insight into your own blocks and motivators by hearing other people being coached.
Can other people hear the recordings?
The recordings are just for you and the other members in your group.
What equipment do I need to participate in this group?
You can either use your computer or use your phone. Grace uses a simple program called Zoom for these calls (which is a bit like Skype) and she will send instructions each week to click on the call. You will need your microphone, and video is optional. Either way using ear buds are recommended for the best sound
What happens if I miss a call?
The expectation is that you will be prepared and present for every call. However if you have an emergency or are too sick to join the call each call will be recorded so you will be able to listen to it afterwards.
What is your refund policy?
If you follow the program each week and give it your best shot, but still feel at the end it did not meet your expectations, or help you complete your tasks, Grace will refund your money. because she wants you to be happy with your experience with her. That being said, clients are usually very happy with the progress they make with Grace’s help and the issue of refunds rarely comes up.
